Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, setting development and integration best practices for GenAI applications.

- Design and develop AI-driven applications in Python, integrating LLM capabilities into backend services.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.

- Implement and evolve microservices architecture to support scalable and modular AI applications.

- Oversee production deployment, monitoring, and continuous evaluation to improve performance and reliability.

Skills Required:

- 5.5 - 7.5 years of experience delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions in production environments.

- Artificial Intelligence,



AI/ML, and LLM development experience in production environments.

- Strong Python engineering skills for building AI-driven backend services and integrations.

- GenAI application development experience, including integrating and optimizing LLM-based solutions.

- API development experience (RESTful APIs and WebSockets) and production deployment with monitoring.

Positive to Have

- OpenAI integration experience.

- FastAPI experience for building backend APIs.

Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation (B. TECH/BE or higher).
