Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily hub, warehouse, transportation, and last-mile logistics operations.

- Ensure timely inbound, sorting, dispatch, delivery, and return (RTO/RTS) operations.

- Monitor operational KPIs such as TAT, productivity, SLA adherence, shipment ageing, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.

- Manage and allocate manpower according to daily business volumes.

- Supervise team members, assign responsibilities, and monitor individual/team productivity.

- Coordinate with line-haul, transportation, delivery, warehouse, customer service, and central operations teams.

- Track shipment movement and take corrective action for delays, ageing, or exceptions.





- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.

- Monitor vendor/3PL performance and coordinate with partners to resolve operational issues.

- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.

- Use data and dashboards to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

- Handle escalations related to shipment delays, delivery issues, manpower, and operational disruptions
