Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Level: Mid-Level

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Consolidating and analyzing financial data, considering financial standing.
- Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning, performing scenario analysis to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance by preparing monthly/weekly Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards, analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, and conducting variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.
- Collaborate with business units (e.g., Credit, Collections, Operations) to track KPIs, provide financial insights, and recommend actions for improvement or cost reduction.




- Conduct revenue and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) analysis, highlighting trends and identifying drivers.
- Assist with cash flow management, liquidity monitoring, and investment analysis.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, and business environments
- CA or equivalent degree in Finance, Economics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
