Role & responsibilities:

- Manage daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Manage manpower, staff scheduling, and team performance.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and consumption.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and vendors for timely supplies.

- Handle feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

- Train and develop F&B; staff on service and operational standards.

- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and revenue.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in F&B;/restaurant/hospitality operations, preferably with managerial experience.

- Robust knowledge of F&B; operations, food cost control, inventory management, and service standards.

- Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
