Job Title: Assistant Manager – Export Sales (Latin America)

Reports To: Head – International Sales / Export Director

About the Role

We are hiring an Assistant Manager to drive export sales of Bopp Films Divison growth across Latin America. The ideal candidate is a Spanish-speaking Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of B2B/export sales experience and a strong track record of meeting targets in LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own LATAM territory sales plan and quarterly/annual export targets.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in Central & South

America.
- Manage end-to-end export sales cycle: lead generation, sampling, pricing, negotiations, contracts, and order closure.
- Coordinate with logistics, compliance, and finance teams for smooth shipments, documentation, and payments.
- Conduct market research on competition, pricing, regulations, and channel trends in LATAM.
- Prepare pipeline reports, forecasts, and MIS for leadership; use CRM consistently.
- Travel to LATAM markets as needed for customer meetings, trade fairs, and distributor reviews

Requirements





- Graduate or Postgraduate ( In Spanish Language); Spanish specialization or fluency strongly preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in export sales / International business development, with LATAM exposure.
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and professional English (written & spoken).
- Proven success in B2B sales, distributor management, and new market entry.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and basic trade compliance.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, video calls across time zones, and frequent travel.
- Prior experience in [Versatile Packaging/ Films: e.g., food, pharma, engineering, textiles, chemicals].
- Existing network of LATAM buyers/distributors.
- Additional languages (Portuguese/French) are a plus.
