Manage installation, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, level, flow, gas analyzers, etc.) used in cement plant processes.
Ensure smooth operation of PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems for process automation (e.g., kiln, raw mill, cement mill, preheater).
Conduct regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation faults and restore systems with minimal downtime.
Ensure accurate functioning of weigh feeders, belt weighers, and other material handling instrumentation.
Maintain documentation such as instrument data sheets, loop diagrams, calibration records, and manuals.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for root cause analysis and process improvements.
Implement control logic changes and software updates as needed.
Ensure all instrumentation systems meet safety and compliance standards (ISO, EMS, etc.).
Contribute to energy optimization, predictive maintenance, and cost control initiatives.
