The Assistant Manager is the field execution lead of SRMs domestic outreach efforts. This role involves direct school engagement, event coordination, and lead generation through active ground presence across assigned territories.

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R;)

1. Execute outreach visits, events, and presentations at schools and local institutions.
2. Engage with students, parents, and educators to share SRMs offerings.
3. Collect and manage leads, feedback, and follow-ups from events and visits.
4. Provide local intelligence and insights from regions visited.
5. Manage outreach material, presentations, and logistics for assigned campaigns.
6. Maintain reports on daily activities and share with Manager regularly. 7. Represent SRM professionally in all on-ground engagements.





Ideal Candidate Profile

- Masters degree in any field.
- 1 to 3 years experience in student outreach, marketing, sales, or admissions.
- Preferred Location: North East, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Lucknow, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh
- Robust communication skills in English, Hindi, and one regional language.
- High energy and willingness to travel extensively, including rural and semi-urban areas.
- Comfort with public speaking and student engagement.
- Organized and reliable in managing events, logistics, and reporting.
- Passionate about education and community building
