Education: Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Expereince: 4 to 5 years of experience in Performance Management.

Experience of working on HRMS platforms,(Desirable).

- Valuable understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Experience in Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs & Employee Benefits Programmes
- Knowledge of goal setting, competency frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
