Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions, including headhunting and campus hiring.

- Conduct market mapping to identify top talent and develop strategies to attract them.

- Analyze data to track recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and improve quality of hires.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Job Requirements :

- 6-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment management, leadership hiring, and stakeholder management.

- Robust understanding of market mapping techniques to identify key players in the market.

- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to inform decision-making.
