Job Purpose To manage and drive the operational performance of FOFO (Franchise-Owned, Franchise-Operated) stores by ensuring operational excellence, achievement of business targets, adherence to brand standards, and strong franchisee relationships.

Franchisee Management

- Manage day-to-day relationships with franchise partners and ensure smooth store operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between franchisees and the corporate team.
- Support franchisees in resolving operational, commercial, and business-related issues.
- Ensure franchisee compliance with company policies, processes, and brand guidelines.

Business & Sales Performance

- Drive sales, profitability, and productivity across assigned FOFO stores.
- Monitor store performance against business targets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyse sales reports, KPIs, and store productivity to develop corrective action plans.
- Work closely with franchisees to improve customer conversion, average transaction value, and overall store performance.

Store Operations

- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, visual merchandising, customer service, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.




- Monitor inventory management, stock availability, shrinkage, and stock ageing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supply chain, inventory, and operational challenges.
- Ensure stores maintain appropriate manpower and operational readiness.

New Store Launch & Expansion

- Support recent FOFO store openings, including pre-opening activities and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with franchisees and internal stakeholders for store setup, staffing, training, and launch execution.
- Identify potential operational gaps and ensure timely closure.

Training & Capability Development

- Identify training needs of franchisee staff and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Ensure adherence to customer service and product knowledge standards.
- Support franchisees in improving team productivity and employee engagement.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and share regular business and operational performance reports.
- Track store KPIs, audit findings, and action-plan closure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and operational standards.
- Escalate critical business and operational issues to the reporting manager.
