Selected candidates will be part of Tata Communications’ legal team. They will:
- work on routine commercial- customer facing and procurement facing contracts and perform related tasks.
- Drafting of special terms and conditions of customer order forms, purchase orders, etc., SOW, agreements and contracts.
- support business and user teams in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreement both customer facing and vendor facing.
- support the creation of legal documentation for various business verticals of Tata Communications.
