Are you a Canada Payroll skilled who knows the process beyond just running payroll?

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Canada Payroll to take ownership of end-to-end Canadian payroll operations, compliance, reconciliations, reporting, audits, process improvement, and team leadership.

?Location: Noida

?Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

?Both-side cab facility | Subject to eligibility

What you’ll own

✅End-to-end Canadian payroll processing – weekly & bi-weekly

✅Payroll inputs – new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, expenses & mileage

✅Payroll audits, validations, reconciliations & variance analysis

✅Canadian statutory deductions – CPP, EI, Income Tax & Provincial Taxes

✅T4, T4A, RL-1 & year-end payroll activities

✅Payroll reporting, dashboards, KPIs & SLA management

✅Payroll documentation, audit trails & compliance reviews

✅Process improvement,



automation & system enhancement initiatives

✅Payroll transition & standardisation activities

✅Team guidance, mentoring, workload planning & quality reviews

What we’re looking for

?5–8 years of payroll experience

?Minimum 4 years of hands-on Canadian Payroll experience

?Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation & taxation

?Experience leading payroll processes or managing a payroll team

?Strong Advanced Excel skills

?Exposure to payroll accounting, reconciliations & financial reporting

⭐Preferred: PCP certification | Payworks experience
