Job Summary:

nWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Business Consulting team, focused on Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in driving improvement initiatives, with strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Total Quality Management (TQM).

nExperience Required: 6+ years

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage and support transformation consulting projects end-to-end.
n
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement opportunities for clients.
n
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process quality.
n
- Deliver client trainings on problem‑solving tools and continuous improvement methods.
n
- Develop training materials across CI, Lean, TPM, and related topics.
n
- Implement TQM practices to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
n
- Deploy TPM pillars (AM,



FI, PM, QM) to achieve zero breakdown objectives.
n
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive change and meet project goals.
n
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to client stakeholders.

nQualifications & Attributes:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
n
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM frameworks.
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
- Ability to work effectively in rapid-paced and dynamic environments.
n
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable.
