Validation tracking, DVPR signed off - Comp / System/Vehicle level f. Preparation of vehicle and system level packaging concepts, layouts by coordinating with CFT to meet the performance, weight distribution. g. DMU analysis, report generation and coordination between different subsystem owners to resolve packaging and integration challenges Experience : Hands on experience in Design engineer BIW Assembly Experience in BIW Sheet metal parts .

Good CAD proficiency on CATIA V5 Assembly design Surface modelling (Generative Shape Design)



Sheet metal design Part modelling Detailing Experience Having good knowledge towards sheet metal design concepts and manufacturing methodologies Understand design and apply updating according to client requirements for a product Maintain effective communication with supplier, customer and outside resources concerning technical issues. Knowledge in DMU Tools.

Experience in PLM Software.

Experience in Sheet metal Product Development assignments. Valuable GD&T; application knowledge.

Industry Preferred
