Role & responsibilities

- Understand architectural and production drawings and convert them into practical production requirements.

- Prepare, review and manage production drawings and ensure manufacturing as per specifications.

- Plan, schedule and monitor daily furniture production activities to achieve production and delivery targets.

- Manage factory and site production teams and ensure smooth execution of work.

- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.

- Monitor daily production, quality, productivity and work progress.

- Coordinate machine/plant maintenance and identify requirements for machines, tools and equipment.

- Coordinate with the logistics team for material movement and timely delivery of furniture.

- Coordinate with Accounts for invoices and production-related documentation.

- Coordinate with Design,



Purchase, Quality, Logistics, Accounts and other departments for timely order completion.

- Identify production issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of furniture manufacturing and production processes.

- Good understanding of architectural and production drawings.

- Hands-on experience in production planning and shop-floor management.

- Knowledge of production/architectural software.

- Good team and manpower management skills.

- Ability to coordinate factory, site, maintenance and logistics activities.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
