Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall Facility & Technical operations, including Electrical, Mechanical, DG, and building maintenance.
- Execute daily/weekly/monthly PPM activities and attend corrective maintenance/TT calls.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor and material-handling systems, including electrical and mechanical controls.
- Handle power distribution, lighting,



transformers, control panels, VFDs, sensors, relays, motors, etc.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for AMC, warranty, breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor energy consumption and maintain equipment/maintenance records through available tools.
- Conduct regular checks of Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguishers.
- Coordinate Civil, Plumbing, and minor refurbishment/maintenance activities.
- Manage Hot Work and Height Work permits and ensure safety compliance.
- Manage soft services including Housekeeping, Pest Control, Scrap/Waste Management, and agency manpower.

Preferred Profile

- Relevant experience in Facility Management / Technical Operations / Warehouse or Industrial Facility Maintenance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical systems and material-handling/conveyor equipment.
- Good vendor, manpower, reporting and troubleshooting skills.
- Safety-focused and customer-oriented approach.
- Btech in Electrical/Mechanical
