- Source candidates for all branch vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Complete joining formalities.
- Ensure document verification.
- Facilitate induction and orientation.

2. HR Operations

- Maintain employee records.
- Issue appointment, confirmation, transfer and promotion letters.
- Update HRIS.
- Maintain personal files.
- Process employee separations.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure HR documentation accuracy.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

- Monitor daily attendance.
- Verify biometric attendance.
- Prepare leave records.
- Process payroll inputs.
- Resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Payroll Team.

4. Performance Management

- Coordinate probation reviews.
- Track PMS timelines.
- Ensure performance review completion.
- Maintain appraisal records.

5. Employee Engagement

- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Celebrate birthdays and festivals.




- Attend the morning meetings

6. Employee Relations

- Handle employee grievances.
- Counsel employees.
- Support disciplinary processes.
- Promote harmonious employee relations.
- Escalate serious issues to the Group HR Manager.

7. Learning & Development

- Coordinate training nominations.
- Maintain training records.

8. HR Compliance

- Ensure statutory compliance at the unit.
- Support labour inspections.
- Maintain disciplinary records.

9. HR Reports Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:

- Headcount
- Recruitment Status
- Attrition
- Absenteeism
- Training Coverage
- Leave
- Employee Cost
- Vacancies
- HR MIS

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
