Corporate Flyers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager-MICE & Corporate Sales to lead our MICE and corporate sales function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building business, managing key client relationships, developing recent accounts, and driving revenue growth within a reputed travel, MICE, or corporate travel company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute MICE and Corporate Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Identify and secure new MICE business from corporate clients, associations, and institutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate and MICE clients.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, business plans, and performance reports.

Manage commercial aspects including contracts, invoicing, collections, and payments for MICE bookings.

Lead, mentor, and develop the MICE sales team.

Work closely with Operations and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.

Monitor industry and market trends and identify new business opportunities.





Represent the company at MICE trade shows, industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.

15+ years of relevant experience in MICE / Corporate Sales, preferably with a reputed travel, MICE, or corporate travel company.

Proven track record of business development, revenue generation, and client acquisition.

Strong corporate and MICE client network will be an advantage.

Excellent negotiation, sales, closing, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
