Role & responsibilities

- Lead medium and large-scale pharmaceutical CAPEX projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, quality and safety.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk-management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered as per approved objectives and timelines.
- Provide technical expertise in pharmaceutical HVAC and cleanroom systems.
- Review heat-load calculations, AHU selection, airflow requirements, pressure cascades, ducting and HVAC control philosophy.
- Review engineering designs and ensure they meet GMP and operational requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning and qualification of HVAC systems.
- Provide engineering/project expertise for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facilities and equipment.




- Experience with tablet/capsule manufacturing equipment such as granulation, blending, compression, coating, drying or related systems will be valuable.
- Ensure equipment selection and installation meet operational, quality and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership/project management role.
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical CAPEX/project execution.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC and cleanroom systems.
- Experience with OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing projects/equipment.
