Roles and Responsibilities :

- Take Care of In process/ Final / Customer quality of Stamping/Welding / assembly

- Compliance to Control Plan &
- Quality Norms as per Customer requirements & internal defined requirements

- Planning for procurement of gauges / instruments
- In House/ Line rejection control

- Implmenetation of all QMS Audits requirements

- Preparation of Departmental MIS &

- MRM data

- Enhance Competence level of departmental man power

- Product audit & initiate improvement activities

- Ensuring the Process Capability for Special Characterstics.

- Co ordination &

- Implementation of ECN/PCN

- Initiate Improvement Projects to enhance Customer Satisfaction

- Customer Complaint Response & redressal

- Improve Cost of Quality

- Continual Improvement/ kaizen / Suggestion Implementation in Department

- Responsible for documentation and filing required under IATF 16949:2016, ISO45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018,



ISO 9001:2015 &

- ISO 27001:2022

- Responsible for implementation of SAP-QM Module

- Setting targets of quality objectives and their targets with approval from management.

- Initiating and implementing corrective and preventive actions for observed and potential non-conformities.

- Analysis of customer scorecard and initiating corrective action if it is not satisfactory

Job Requirements :

- 16-25 years of experience in quality management or a related field (sheet metal).

- Solid understanding of quality control principles, methods, and procedures.

- Proven track record of implementing successful quality initiatives that improve productivity and reduce defects.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy) or equivalent.
