What you'll do

- Key Responsibilities
- - Lead end-to-end project delivery from nomination to SOP, including timing plans, milestone reviews, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
- Act as the primary program interface for OEM customers, managing reviews, escalations, audits, open points, and communication discipline.
- Drive APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, validation, tooling, and customer approval deliverables as per agreed timelines.
- Manage project risks, cost impacts, engineering changes, scope changes, supplier readiness,



and cross-functional issue resolution.
- Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Purchase, Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, Sales, Plant, and Customer teams through structured governance.

What we are looking for

- What We Are Looking For
- - 15+ years of automotive project / program management experience, with 5–7 years in customer-facing OEM programs.
- Experience in ADAS, camera systems, mirrors, electronics, mechatronics, exterior systems, or vision-based automotive products.
- Robust knowledge of APQP, PPAP, launch readiness, validation, tooling development, change management, and automotive quality systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-location teams with strong ownership, communication, and escalation management.
- BE / B.Tech qualification required; MBA, PMP, Prince2, Agile, Six Sigma, IATF, or VDA exposure will be an advantage.
