We are looking for a highly driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager and senior leadership team in overseeing operations, driving business performance, and ensuring smooth organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day management of operations, strategy execution, and business planning.
- Supervise and monitor multiple departments including Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across functions.
- Develop, review, and implement business strategies, policies, and SOPs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
- Analyze financial, operational, and performance reports to support decision-making.




- Act as a bridge between management and departmental heads to ensure alignment.
- Handle client relations, vendor negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop teams to enhance productivity and performance.

Key Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in operations, management, or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in team leadership, business strategy, and operational management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MIS, and business management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
