Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Raising & Financial Arrangement
- Manage and coordinate the company's fund-raising activities through banks and financial institutions.
- Evaluate various sources of finance including working capital, term loans, structured finance and other debt facilities.
- Prepare proposals, financial information and supporting documents for fund raising.
- Coordinate with lenders, financial institutions and internal stakeholders for timely sanction and disbursement of funds.
- Monitor utilization of sanctioned limits and ensure compliance with financing terms and conditions.
2. Banking Coordination
- Manage day-to-day banking relationships and coordinate with banks for various financial requirements.
- Handle working capital limits, bank guarantees, letters of credit, fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.
- Coordinate with banks for enhancement, renewal and restructuring of banking facilities.
- Ensure timely submission of financial statements, stock statements, CMA data and other documents required by banks.
- Maintain effective relationships with bankers and financial institutions.
3. CMA Data & Financial Reporting
- Preparation and submission of CMA Data for working capital and other banking requirements.
- Prepare projected financial statements, cash-flow projections and fund-flow statements.
- Analyze financial performance and working capital requirements.
- Provide financial data and MIS reports to management for decision-making.
- Monitor actual performance against projections and highlight significant variances.

Financial Modelling & Business Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, fund raising and investment decisions.
- Prepare financial projections, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis and feasibility studies.
- Analyze project/business proposals from financial and commercial perspectives.
- Support management in evaluating new projects, expansion plans and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare management presentations and financial analysis as required.
5. Treasury Management
- Manage daily cash-flow planning and treasury operations.
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows and ensure optimum utilization of available funds.
- Plan short-term funding requirements and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Monitor interest costs, borrowing costs and financing arrangements.
- Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, payments and other treasury-related activities.
- Optimize working capital and minimize idle funds and financial costs.
6. Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor budget versus actual performance and analyze variances.
- Coordinate with various departments for budget preparation and periodic revisions.
- Provide financial inputs for strategic and operational decision-making.
7. SAP & Finance Operations
- Working knowledge of SAP Finance / Accounting modules.
- Review and monitor financial transactions and reports through SAP.
- Coordinate with accounts and other departments for accurate and timely financial accounting.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial controls and company policies.
