We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant F&B; Manager to join our Food & Beverage team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant F&B; Manager in a hotel/resort.
- Good knowledge of F&B; service and restaurant operations.
- Solid communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate the F&B; team effectively.
- Good knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B; Manager in managing daily F&B; operations.
- Supervise and support the F&B; service team.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Monitor restaurant operations, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve service-related issues.
- Support staff training and daily operational activities.
