Job Summary

LIZ PAUL is looking for a creative, well-groomed, and customer-focused Assistant Fashion Stylist to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers with styling, supporting the lead stylist, maintaining visual presentation standards, and delivering a premium shopping experience that reflects the LIZ PAUL brand aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and understand their style preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Assist customers in selecting garments, accessories, colours, and complete looks.
- Recommend suitable styles based on body type, occasion, comfort, and personal taste.
- Support the lead stylist during consultations, fittings, bridal appointments, and special events.
- Help customers with trial-room assistance, garment coordination, and fit evaluation.
- Communicate alteration requirements clearly to the tailoring or production team.
- Follow up on alterations, fittings, special orders, and customer deliveries.
- Maintain updated knowledge of LIZ PAUL collections, fabrics, fits, sizes, prices, and care instructions.
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, and styling possibilities confidently.
- Contribute toward individual and store sales targets through thoughtful recommendations and cross-selling.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.




- Maintain accurate customer preferences, measurements, and appointment details when required.
- Assist with merchandising, mannequin styling, window displays, and product arrangements.
- Ensure racks, shelves, trial rooms, and display areas remain organised and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
- Assist during collection launches, promotional events, photo shoots, and in-store styling activities.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate important issues to the store manager.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
- Follow all LIZ PAUL retail procedures, brand guidelines, and customer-service standards.

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion retail, styling, luxury retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of colours, fabrics, silhouettes, fit, trends, and garment coordination.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable assisting customers during fittings.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy store hours.
- Basic knowledge of alterations and garment construction is desirable.
- Comfortable using billing, inventory, customer-management, or point-of-sale systems.

Pay: From ₹25,800.00 per month
