We are looking for a Factory / Production Manager to manage our cosmetic manufacturing unit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production and product filling.
- Operate and supervise filling machines.
- Manage raw material, packaging, and finished product stock.
- Maintain production and inventory records.
- Supervise and manage factory staff/workers.
- Ensure proper filling, packing, labeling, hygiene, and quality.
- Monitor wastage, production targets, and machine performance.
- Handle day-to-day factory operations and report to management.
Requirements:
- Experience in cosmetics / skincare / FMCG manufacturing preferred.
- Experience operating filling machines.
- Positive knowledge of stock management.
- Good staff/team management skills.
- Hands-on and responsible approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
