Role Description The Assistant Executive Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Varanasi. This role supports senior engineering staff in planning, designing, and supervising telecommunications infrastructure projects and related systems.

Daily responsibilities may include assisting with technical drawings and documentation, conducting site inspections, monitoring equipment performance, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

Engineer also helps troubleshoot network or system issues, prepares reports and project updates, and ensures compliance with relevant technical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in telecommunications, electrical, or electronics engineering, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to practical field work.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, basic CAD or design tools, and standard office productivity software for reporting and communication.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings, perform site measurements, and support installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to assist in diagnosing and resolving network or equipment issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Willingness to work on-site in Varanasi, with flexibility to visit project locations as needed and adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in telecommunications or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
