About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative Assistant Designer to join our design and production team. In this role, you will assist across the full product lifecycle from initial concept support and tech pack creation to managing production pipelines and coordinating photoshoots.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical design skills in Adobe Creative Suite, robust organizational tracking skills in Microsoft Excel, and hands-on vendor management experience. Prior experience or knowledge in Kids Wear is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Product Development

Assist in creating mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts for upcoming collections.

Develop detailed tech packs, garment flat sketches, and spec sheets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Assist during sample fittings, take precise measurement notes, and communicate design alterations to sample makers and factories.

- Production Tracking & Vendor Operations

Source, evaluate, and help onboard new manufacturers, fabric mills, and trim suppliers to expand our production network.

Maintain daily communication with vendors, factories, and production lines to ensure quality control and track timeline updates.

Actively manage and update the master Production Tracker (Excel) with real-time updates across all active vendors (MOQs, lead times, sample approvals, and delivery status).





- Photoshoot Coordination & On-Set Support

Assist in organizing and executing seasonal e-commerce and campaign photoshoots.

Prepare, organize, and track sample garments (steaming, tagging, sorting) prior to and during shoots.

Support on-set styling and fitting adjustments to ensure garments align with the brand’s aesthetic during production shoots.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in fashion design or garment production.

Software Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop (technical flat sketching, CADs, graphic placement).

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets: Solid working knowledge (data entry, basic formulas, tracking production pipelines).

Vendor Operations: Hands-on experience communicating directly with garment manufacturers, vendors, and sample rooms.

Bonus: Knowledge or background in Kids Wear is a strong plus.

Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong time-management, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
