Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve enterprise-level AI reference architectures, frameworks, and engineering standards.

Approve and guide key architecture decisions across multiple programs and client engagements.

Shape and drive AI engineering capability development across application security and VAPT domains.

Champion adoption of emerging AI technologies, including advanced LLM patterns, multi-agent systems, and frontier AI capabilities.

Establish governance models for AI engineering, including evaluation frameworks, performance standards, and responsible AI practices.

Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, practice-level AI propositions, and thought leadership assets.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or related field

12+ years of experience in AI engineering, architecture, or advanced technology consulting in a Consulting firm

Proven experience leading complex AI transformation and architecture initiatives

Robust track record of driving innovation and technology adoption

Must be in a People Manager role for 3-4 years
