- Monthly calculation and processing of Doctor/Consultant Payouts as per contracts and policies
- Calculation of Domestic & International BD/Referral Fees
- Ensuring payout accuracy, including deductions, discounts, refunds, cancellations and credit notes
- Ensuring compliance with doctor contracts, slabs, percentages and minimum guarantees
- Calculation of performance and training incentives
- Maintaining contracts, approvals and supporting documents for audit & compliance
- Driving process improvements and automation to strengthen payout controls
- Ensuring appropriate TDS, GST and accounting compliance
- Preparing payout statements, variance reports, accruals and management MIS
