Key Responsibilities

- Examine patients and assess their oral and dental health.

- Diagnose dental conditions and discuss treatment options with patients.

- Prepare appropriate treatment plans based on patients’ needs.

- Perform routine dental procedures such as:

- Dental fillings

- Scaling and polishing

- Extractions

- Root canal treatments, as appropriately trained

- Temporary and permanent restorations

- Preventive and basic periodontal treatments

- Provide emergency dental care when required.

- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and proper dental practices.

- Explain treatment procedures, costs, advantages, and possible risks clearly to patients.

- Maintain complete and accurate patient records, treatment notes, and medical histories.

- Review X-rays, photographs, and other relevant diagnostic information as appropriate.

- Refer patients to specialists when treatment is outside the dentist’s scope of practice.

- Follow proper infection-control, sterilization, and clinic safety protocols.

- Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, reception staff, laboratories, and specialists.

- Ensure dental equipment and instruments are used and maintained appropriately.





- Obtain appropriate patient consent before procedures.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable professional and legal requirements.

- Participate in clinic meetings, training, and quality-improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.

- Valid registration with the applicable dental regulatory authority.

- Additional certification/specialization is an advantage for procedures requiring advanced training.

Pay: ₹10,833.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
