We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Chief Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to manage the Engineering & Maintenance operations of luxury resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall engineering and maintenance operations across the resort.
- Lead and supervise a team of engineering staffs.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain electrical, DG, HVAC, plumbing, pumps and mechanical systems.
- Oversee STP/WTP, swimming pool, hot-water/boiler and other utility systems.
- Coordinate civil/building maintenance and fire & life-safety systems.
- Manage AMC, vendors, contractors, spare parts and maintenance records.
- Monitor electricity, diesel, water and other utility consumption.
- Ensure all guest and operational areas remain safe and functional.
- Coordinate engineering requirements with all resort departments.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical,
Mechanical or related engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel/resort engineering.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Experience with DG, STP/WTP, pumps, swimming pool and hotel utilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and team-management skills.
- Good vendor-management and communication skills.
- Should be hands-on and capable of independently managing resort engineering operations.
Comfortable with shift-based and flexible working hours.
