We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Assistant Clinic Manager & HR Executive to take ownership of the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic while managing core HR operations.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination, follow-up, people management and administrative skills.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Clinic Operation
Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and schedules.
Manage housekeeping, cleanliness and overall clinic readiness.
Coordinate clinic supplies, purchases and vendors.
Monitor and streamline the patient journey.
Identify operational gaps and ensure timely resolution.
HR Operations
Manage recruitment from vacancy approval to joining.
Post vacancies, screen and track candidates.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave.
Coordinate employee documentation, probation and exits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Support HR,
labour and statutory compliance.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
3–5 years of experience in a similar role
Experienced in HR + Administration + Operations coordination.
Highly organised and systematic.
Solid in follow-up and coordination.
Comfortable managing people and multiple priorities.
Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Able to work independently and take ownership.
Excellent communication skills in English.
