- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly sales, revenue, consultation, and client-retention targets.

- Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure the branch runs efficiently.

- Coordinate and monitor the performance of counsellors, therapists, reception/front-office staff, and other clinic personnel.

- Handle client enquiries, consultations, follow-ups, appointments, and service-related concerns.

- Ensure timely follow-up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.

- Support the team in converting enquiries and consultations into appropriate clinic packages.

- Monitor daily sales reports, lead status, collections, appointments, and client attendance.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to the Branch Manager.

- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance monitoring.

- Ensure excellent client experience, service quality, hygiene, and clinic presentation.





- Address client complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and other specialists where applicable.

- Ensure clinic protocols, SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies are followed.

- Assist with local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, events, and referral initiatives.

- Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment of clinic supplies.

- Support the Branch Manager during audits, reviews, and management meetings.

- Step in as the acting Branch Manager when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
