- Group Filling: Achieve monthly and quarterly group enrollment targets to ensure timely closure and auction scheduling of chit groups. [1, 2]
- Client Onboarding: Assist new members with the KYC documentation process and complete enrollment formalities in compliance with company and regulatory norms. [1, 2]
- Relationship Management & Collections: Follow up with existing subscribers for timely monthly installment collections and address routine customer queries. [1]
- Market Mapping: Monitor local competitor offerings, interest trends, and feedback to sharpen local promotional efforts. [1]

Requirements & Qualifications




- Education: 10th, 12th, or any Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of field sales or marketing experience, ideally within financial services, banking, NBFCs, microfinance, or chit funds.
- Skills: Excellent local communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong interpersonal relationship-building capabilities.
- Mobility: Field-intensive role; possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred
