Job Title : Assistant Branch Head (Mullassery Branch)

The company holds a valid NBFC registration since 1989, to do the business of financing all over the India. The company belongs to “Loan Company” under the classification of Reserve Bank.

Since at present all the directors and stakeholders are in Thrissur district of Kerala state, now the corporate office of the company has been set in Thrissur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and supervise branch operations across assigned areas.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Branch Managers / Sales Teams.
- Develop strategies to improve loan disbursement and customer acquisition.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and collections performance.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and key customers.
- Analyze market trends and identify recent business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines,



and internal controls.
- Review branch productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
- Prepare MIS reports and present business updates to management.
