Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company's finance and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Prepare and manage Debit Notes and Credit Notes
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents
- Maintain and update records in MS Excel
- Prepare basic accounting and financial reports
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters




- Support the senior accountant/management in routine accounting activities

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of BRS, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and invoicing
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Candidates with experience in Tally and Excel will be preferred
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
