What would you do? To manage the administrative workflow of G99 applications, ensuring documentation, communication, and tracking of distributed generation connection requests.

What are we looking for?

- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration





- Experience with technical documentation systems or project tracking tools.

- Experience working with utility companies or renewable energy developers

- Understanding of grid connection processes.

Roles and Responsibilities: Application Management

- Receive and register G99 application submissions.

- Verify completeness of submitted documents.

Documentation Control

Maintain and track:

- Application forms

- Technical documentation

- Study reports

- Commissioning certificates.

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the point of contact between:

- Generation developers

- Engineering teams

- Independent Connection Providers (ICPs)

- Internal departments.

Process

Tracking

- Track progress of applications from submission ? assessment ? offer ? commissioning.

- Maintain project timelines and status updates. Data & Reporting

- Update internal databases and connection portals.

- Generate status reports for management.

Required

Skills

- Strong documentation and coordination skills

- Familiarity with engineering documentation

- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
