Job Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production activities as per work instructions.
- Handle production tools and equipment as required.
- Follow the prescribed production process and quality standards.
- Inspect components and finished products for defects.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality.
- Identify and report production or quality-related issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support the Production Supervisor / Team Leader in daily activities.
Skills Required
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.
- Basic technical knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good discipline and attendance.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Salary Salary will be based on qualification, skills, and relevant experience.
