Responsible for managing the end-to-end disposal and sale of real estate properties, NPA/stressed assets and secured properties, with a focus on timely resolution and optimum value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sale/disposal of NPA, stressed and secured real estate properties.
- Coordinate property valuation, due diligence, documentation and approvals.
- Manage property auctions, e-auctions, private treaty sales and other disposal processes, as applicable.
- Liaise with valuers, brokers, auction agencies, legal teams and prospective buyers.
- Drive maximum value realization and timely closure of property sales.
- Coordinate with Legal, Recovery, Collections and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintain MIS and track property inventory, ageing, offers and closures.
- Ensure adherence to relevant Bank policies and applicable regulatory/legal requirements.
Candidate Profile: Graduate with 4-9 years of experience in NPA/property disposal, stressed asset resolution, secured asset sales, recovery, property auctions or real estate asset management. Experience with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs or similar financial institutions preferred.
