Role & responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and service delivery.

- Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations, tenders, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain solid customer relationships.

- Maintain and update customer databases, pricing records, and sales documentation using SAP and other CRM tools.

- Generate sales reports, order status updates, and MIS as required by the management.

- Support business development by identifying new leads and coordinating technical discussions with clients.

- Stay informed about product specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

- M.Sc/ B.Sc in Organic Chemistry/ Chemistry/Pharma would be preferred or related field; additional qualifications in Sales or Business Management are a plus.

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Sales coordination or B2B sales in the chemical or Pharma industry.

- Hands-on experience with SAP (SD Module preferred) and CRM systems.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into tailored solutions.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

- Mumbai-based candidate would be preferred
