A Computer Teacher is responsible for teaching students how to use computers and understand basic to advanced computer concepts.

Main responsibilities

- Teach subjects such as computer fundamentals, MS Office, programming, internet safety, and digital skills.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical activities.

- Conduct computer lab sessions and guide students during practical work.

- Explain programming languages or software according to the students’ level.

- Prepare and evaluate tests, projects, and assignments.

- Maintain computer lab equipment and report technical problems.

- Help students develop problem-solving and digital literacy skills.

- Keep up with new technology and educational tools.





- Maintain students’ academic records and communicate with parents or school staff when required.

Skills required

- Positive knowledge of computers and relevant software.

- Basic programming knowledge, depending on the school.

- Strong communication and teaching skills.

- Patience and classroom-management skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.

- A degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Education is commonly preferred, depending on the institution.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
