​About the Role:

Stars N Celebs (SNC) is India’s premier marketplace for artists, helping actors, singers, models, and performers build verified digital identities and access real-world industry opportunities.

​We are looking for a high-energy Artist Community & Partnerships Lead to drive our grassroots creator onboarding, forge institutional partnerships with acting/music academies, and lead campus talent initiatives like SNC Aarohan.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Institutional Partnerships: Reach out to acting schools, dance academies, and music institutes to build bulk digital directory portfolios for their graduating batches.

​Campus & Fest Outreach: Pitch and execute campus talent IPs (SNC Aarohan) to college cultural committees and dramatics societies.

​Artist Onboarding & Retention:



Conduct high-touch outreach to emerging creators, guiding them through profile creation and verification on the platform.

​Community Engagement: Host local artist meetups, digital spotlights, and masterclasses to maintain an active, engaged creator community.

​Who You Are:

​The Networker: Former College Fest Chairperson, Cultural Secretary, or Drama/Media Society Head with deep connections across campus circuits.

​Industry Savvy: Background in media, event management, creator management, or entertainment networking.

​The Hustler: Strong offline/online communication skills; comfortable pitching to academy heads, student bodies, and artists face-to-face.

​Goal-Oriented: Passionate about empowering artists and building India's largest talent marketplace.
