Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will work part time, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI solutions that support NEXORA ENERGY’s customer industrial, energy, and project management services. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning models, applying pattern recognition and neural networks to real-world datasets, and developing software components that integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and tools.

The role involves creating NLP-based solutions for document analysis, reporting, and communication workflows,



as well as experimenting with new algorithms and frameworks to improve predictive analytics, market intelligence, and operational efficiency. The AI Engineer will also be responsible for data preprocessing, model evaluation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, while documenting technical work and contributing to best practices and standards within the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundations in computer science and software development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with software engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in pattern recognition and neural networks, with hands-on experience building and training machine learning models and working with common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Candidates should possess expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, information extraction, and familiarity with modern NLP libraries and transformer-based models.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and visualization tools.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, and experience applying AI solutions in industrial, energy, or engineering domains is preferred.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs and microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams in a quick-paced environment.
