Role Overview :

We're looking for an AI Engineer who sits at the intersection of product engineering and applied AI. You won't just fine-tune models, you'll design and ship full-stack systems where AI agents do meaningful work.

You'll own features end-to-end: from defining the agentic workflow and LLM prompting strategy to the backend APIs and the UI that makes it useful. If you love building things that run in production and make users say "how does it know that?", this role is for you.

What Will You Do? Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate complex multi-step workflows using LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and tool-use frameworks

Architect and implement full-stack features, Node.js / Python backends, REST/GraphQL APIs, React/Next.js frontends from scratch to production

Build and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and agentic integrations with third-party services (Slack, Gmail, CRMs, databases)





Design reliable prompt pipelines with structured outputs, tool calling, RAG, and memory systems

Instrument and iterate on agent behavior: evaluate output quality, reduce hallucinations, optimize token cost, and improve latency

Integrate AI capabilities into existing product surfaces, chat interfaces, dashboards, and automation triggers

Work closely with product and operations stakeholders to translate business logic into agentic workflows

Own DevOps for your services: containerization, CI/CD, cloud deployment (AWS / GCP), monitoring, and alerting

What We Are Looking For :

MUST Have Skills

2 - 5 years of software engineering experience (full-stack or backend-heavy) Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python, comfortable across the stack

Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)

Built or shipped at least one AI agent or automation in production

Solid fundamentals in REST APIs, databases (SQL + NoSQL), and async systems

Comfortable with prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker A robust debugging mindset can trace through a broken agent chain end-to-end
