We are looking for an experienced AI Architect with 12- 15 years of software engineering experience and a strong background in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading engineering teams while architecting AI-powered platforms involving Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Lang Chain/Lang Graph, Agentic AI, OCR/Document AI, Knowledge Graphs, and Intelligent Automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Solution Architecture

- Design scalable AI solutions using modern LLM architectures.

- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms.

- Design multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.

- Define enterprise AI reference architectures.

- Build AI-first products for document processing, knowledge management, search, and workflow automation.

- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and clients.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead a team of AI Engineers, Software Developers, ML Engineers, and Data Engineers.

- Perform architecture reviews and code reviews.





- Establish engineering standards and best practices.

- Mentor senior and junior engineers.

- Drive Agile engineering practices.

- Own technical roadmap and delivery milestones.

People Leadership :

- Manage a team of 8-20 engineers.

- Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Developers.

- Conduct technical interviews.

- Own engineering excellence.

- Define coding standards.

- Drive innovation initiatives.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.

- Manage project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
