We are looking for a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy practical AI solutions, including generative AI applications, intelligent agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI-powered integrations. The role involves building reliable, secure, and scalable AI capabilities that deliver meaningful value across products and business workflows.

The candidate will be responsible for developing AI applications, intelligent agents, and RAG pipelines, integrating large language models with internal and external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise data sources. You will design effective prompts, memory systems, orchestration workflows, and guardrails to ensure AI applications provide accurate, consistent, and context-aware responses.

Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript are required, along with a solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI agents. Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies is expected. Familiarity with model APIs, local and open-source models, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tools is highly valuable.





The role also involves evaluating AI systems based on output quality, accuracy, safety, latency, reliability, and operational cost. You will develop evaluation methods and monitoring processes to identify performance issues, improve model behavior, and ensure AI applications remain reliable in production environments.

The candidate will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications. You will also implement appropriate safeguards against prompt injection, unauthorized access, sensitive-data leakage, and other AI-specific security risks, while following responsible AI and privacy practices.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a practical understanding of contemporary AI application development. You will be expected to build maintainable AI workflows, document system architecture and evaluation results, monitor production performance, and continuously improve the quality, security, scalability, and usefulness of AI-powered applications.
