The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and successfully implementing AI training programs conducted by the organization. The role involves managing training operations, coordinating with trainers, trainees, industry partners, assessment agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of AI-related skill development programs. The coordinator will ensure compliance with project guidelines, maintain training records, monitor candidate performance, and support placement activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination

- Plan, organize, and coordinate AI training programs as per project requirements.

- Prepare training schedules, batch plans, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with trainers, center teams, and management for smooth program execution.

- Ensure timely commencement and completion of training batches.

Training Operations

- Monitor daily training activities, attendance, and trainee engagement.

- Ensure availability of training infrastructure, software, hardware, and learning materials.

- Coordinate practical sessions, workshops, industry visits, and project-based learning activities.

- Maintain quality standards throughout the training lifecycle.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain trainee records, attendance reports, assessments, and project documentation.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Ensure timely submission of reports to management and funding agencies.

- Maintain compliance with organizational and project guidelines.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with trainers, assessment bodies, industry partners, and placement teams.

- Support communication with government departments, CSR partners, and funding agencies.

- Address trainee concerns and ensure effective resolution.





Assessment & Placement Support

- Coordinate assessments, examinations, and certification activities.

- Monitor trainee performance and learning outcomes.

- Support placement drives, employer interactions, and post-placement tracking.

- Ensure trainees are prepared for interviews and employment opportunities.

Quality Assurance

- Monitor training quality and ensure adherence to curriculum standards.

- Conduct batch reviews and feedback collection from trainees and trainers.

- Recommend improvements for program effectiveness and learner outcomes.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory of training equipment and learning resources.

- Ensure proper utilization of organizational assets.

- Support audits, inspections, and project monitoring visits.

- Travel to training centers and project locations as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

- Certification in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technologies will be preferred.

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, project coordination, or skill development programs.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies.

- Solid coordination and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
