Position: AI & Machine Learning Trainer

About The Role The Prime Step Institute is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI & Machine Learning Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the ability to explain technical topics in a simple, engaging, and industry-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
- Teach concepts including Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Preprocessing, Model Building, NLP, Generative AI and AI Tools.
- Explain complex technical concepts with practical examples and real-world use cases.
- Design assignments, workshops, projects, and assessments for students.
- Guide students in developing AI/ML projects and building job-ready skills.
- Help students prepare for technical interviews and career opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, Generative AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and Machine Learning.




- Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Understanding of Deep Learning, NLP and Generative AI is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle students from beginner to advanced levels.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant industry/training experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical AI/ML knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
