Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Articled Assistant.

The Articled

Assistant will get hands on experience in statutory and internal audits, preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with GST regulations,



and working on tax litigation and representation. The role also includes providing support for business and financial advisory services, corporate structuring, and risk management. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and active engagement in continuous learning and career development.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting
- Understanding of tax laws, including direct taxation, GST compliance, and tax representation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Candidates must be pursuing or have completed a recognized Chartered Accountancy program
- Prior internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus
